Our Chef, Jean Frédéric Markacz, learned to cook the traditional way starting as a kitchen helper, assisting some of the great chefs of prestigious restaurant such as "l'Aleandrin" and "Les Roches." We are delighted to have him as our Executive Chef.
In his hands, local fruits and vegetables find the perfect combination with fresh lagoon fish, shrimp, red tuna and lobster. The meat is cooked to your liking while fish and poultry combine their flavor with tropical flavors.

Polynesian Buffet and Dance Show – The Te Tiare Beach Resort presents a lavish Tahitian Buffet featuring Polynesian delicacies, barbequed & grilled meats and fresh fish, a variety of salads and a tempting selection of freshly prepared desserts. After dinner, Tahitian musicians accompany traditional singing while the men dance the exotic Tamure and the women perform the fluid hand-story dancing of the Aparima.
